Day 2 - Shillong
What better way to begin a day than a healthy breakfast.
Go for a local sightseeing tour of Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya. Its natural beauty, which is characterized by waterfalls, meadows, and valleys, looks like a well-written poem by nature.
Some of the popular tourist attractions in Shillong which you will be visit our Cathedral Church, Lady Hydari Park, the Orchidarium, Elephant Course and the Golf Course. Every one of these places offers perfect sightseeing and exploration.
After enjoying the most of your visit to the famous vacation destinations in Shillong, advance toward the Shillong Peak, otherwise called the View Point. The splendid views that this place affords sends a rush of excitement in you.

Day 3 - Shillong - Cherrapunjee - Shillong
A healthy breakfast awaits you toward the beginning of the day. This is followed by a drive to Cherrapunjee, which is one of the wettest places in the world.
You will visit the Nohkalikai Falls, One of the must-sees puts in Cherrapunjee. It is the tallest plunge waterfall in India which drops from a stature of 1115 ft. The dive pool at the base of the waterfall is noted for its dark green colored water. You can also check-out at different caves dotting this place. Start your drive back to Shillong.
On the way, make a short stop and visit two excellent places to visit in Cherrapunjee, Elephanta Falls and Shillong Peak.
Elephant Falls is a three-tiered waterfall, where every tier can be seen through a stairway. Arranged on a hill inside an Indian Air Force Station, the see from here closely resembles that of Scotland. The views of the canyons and the meadows below, with the clouds caressing them from above, makes for some incredible photography and carry that grin to your face naturally.
Come back to Shillong in the evening.

Day 4 - Shillong - Mawlynnong - Dawki - Shillong
A flavorful breakfast awaits you in the first part of the day. Then its a charming drive to Mawlynnong, which is eminent for being the cleanest village in Asia. Different spots to see in Mawlynnong are Tree House, Living Root Bridge, Sky View Point, and Balancing Rock.
All this great sightseeing in Meghalaya is followed by a brilliant lunch.
River Umngot in Dawki is your next destination, a place so beautiful it is constantly included among the must-see Meghalaya tourist places for nature lovers. The water of this river is so perfectly clear that you can see the plants, stones and other marine life in it. The river also serves as the gateway to Bangladesh. Come back to Shillong.

Day 5 -
Shilong - Guwahati
This is the last day of your Meghalaya tour schedule. A heavenly breakfast awaits you in the first part of the day, which is followed by a drive back to Guwahati.
