Payments :

Cancellation Policy :

  •   60-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost
  •   Less then 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour cost

Note:- Written cancellation will be widely wide-spread on all working days, barring Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).

For the X-mas and new year period, from 15 December to 15 January as nicely as any specific fairs, festivals and activities the fee is non-refundable and 100% cancellation will be applicable.

Wildlife Safaris Cancellation :

All the wildlife safaris booked for any of the Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Indeed, even date change solicitations will be considered as a cancellation and no payment will be refunded/adjusted against it.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

If you don't mind note that after the finish of the Tour/Services Cost, if there are any Hike in extra charges of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the equivalent would be charged as extra.


The Indian Tours acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.


All itineraries are pattern itineraries, meant to provide you a standard idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous elements such as weather, road conditions, the bodily capability of the participants, etc. may also dictate itinerary modifications either earlier than the tour or whilst on the trail. We reserve the proper to change any agenda in the pastime of the day out participants’ safety, comfort, & general nicely-being.


We rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on the usual check-in and check-out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.


In case of any significant foreign exchange fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, the tour price may change accordingly.


Payment on a credit card can be made online through our Secure Online Payment. A surcharge of 3% is applicable to all major credit cards.


We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.


We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.


We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property at all times are at the client’s risk.

Dispute Resolution, Applicability of Law And Jurisdiction :

In case of any dispute between the parties to this contract, the parties shall first make an effort to settle the disputes amicably. However, if the disputes are not resolved internally between the parties, then the disputes shall be referred for its adjudication by Arbitration to be decided by a Sole Arbitrator as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 which shall be appointed by the Company. The Arbitration shall be conducted in the English Language. The seat of the Arbitration shall be at New Delhi. The parties agree that the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


Please Note: - In case of any cancellation, deviation or delay in journey due to weather, traffic, political conditions and/or other force majeure events, we will make alternative arrangements, with the client’s approval. If such alternative arrangements incur any extra charge, the same shall be borne by the client. The client will not be entitled to refund for any missed sightseeing/service resulting from such events.
